If You Need To Cancel
All bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your trip. The remaining 50% balance is automatically charged 24 hours before your charter, ensuring a seamless process. If you cancel more than 72 hours before your scheduled trip, your deposit will be fully refunded. If you cancel within 72 hours of your trip, your deposit is forfeited and the full charter amount will be charged. Exceptions are when Capt. Galon cancels the trip due to weather or mechanical issues, in which case a full refund will be issued.
If You Need To Reschedule
Requests to change a trip are subject to availability and may not always be accommodated. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
If There Is Bad Weather
All trips are weather permitting and will be at the Captain’s discretion. If weather conditions require a change, the trip may be rescheduled to a later date or time, or, in a last resort, refunded.
